The Bottom line...on liners!

As promised today starts our wonderful tutorial sessions once again. Today's topic is LINERS.  I will be going over all types of Mark. liners and how to apply them to achieve different looks. As for today, we will stick to types of liner.

Liquid Liners: 

Mark. has many types of liquid liners, some waterproof and some not. 

Get in Line Hook Up Liquid Waterproof Eyeliner comes in 4 different colors and prevents raccoon eyes.

Metalliner Hook Up Eye Glam is another liquid liner, however this is not used only to line the eyes.
